Before, in My Midnights

 

 

Before, in my midnights

I tossed to and fro

But GOD's love upheld me

And with assurance, let me know

That everything would be all right.

Now, I humble myself as

Before HIM, I kneel

And pour out my trust and dependence

On HIM and I lay my current

Cares before HIS Throne

And quote Hebrews 4:16

Where, HE, once again, reassures

Me that I am not alone.

And so, with assurance I

Can say to you, my homeland

That if we hold on and

To GOD, be true

HE will do what HE

Is famous for and

Bring us through.©
